CUSTOMER SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Customer Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") and Kendra J. Lewis & F500 Fierce, protected by The F500 Strategy Lab LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider"). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the provision of digital products and services by the Provider to the Customer.

DIGITAL PRODUCT
The Provider agrees to deliver the Boardroom Ready course and any additional digital resources as described in the product outline provided by the Provider. The Customer acknowledges that the Provider is solely responsible for the development, delivery, and content of the digital product.

PAYMENT
The Customer agrees to pay the fees specified by the Provider for the Boardroom Ready program. Payment is due at the time of purchase and is required to access the product.

REFUND POLICY
The Provider offers a 7-day "Kick Rocks" refund guarantee. If within 7 days of purchase, the Customer feels the product does not meet expectations, the Customer may request a refund with no hard feelings or questions asked. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within the 7-day window. After the 7-day period, no refunds will be issued, as the Provider will have begun the process of shipping the printed course workbook and other materials to the Customer. b. The Provider makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the digital product provided, and disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared, whether business, financial, or technical, and shall not disclose such information to third parties.

GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
